In 1992 we searched for a suitable dog for our young family. Because of diverse breed descriptions we decided on a Toller. In September 1993 we drove to Belgium and brought a Toller named Alexa into our house. Due to the good experience with her we decided to give this pleasure also to other families and began to breed. Unto our daughter and Alexa two more daughters and a few more dogs joined in. The hunting part of the breed guidelines in DRC introduced and acquainted us to the topic hunt and we liked it to hunt with our dogs as well. By now hunting is quite a big part of our lives and our dogs can live out their hunting passion regularly.

Our dogs live as family members in the house. We always choose new goals to achieve and we did a lot of pioneer work in the past by participating in hunting trials where never a Toller passed or even participated. We spend a lot of time in the country to prepare our dogs for those goals or sometimes also “just for fun training”. Thomas is also club judge by now and judges regularly at hunting tests in the DRC.
